From reading reviews, it seems most are from those who purchased this for professional purposes. I, on the other hand bought this for casual wear. Something a bit fancier than a bandana.
I went with print color10. It has a nice '70's look. The colors are great, the fabric feels very nice and is lightweight. It comes in a reusable thick plastic zipper bag. I do not have a small head and this fit perfectly out of the bag, could easily tighten it. Holds my hair in nicely, would work well for longer hair also.

I love this cap. I work as a nurse in the OR so I wanted a scrub cap that was cute and comfortable. I like the bouffant styles, but I love that this one isn't huge and doesn't make you look like you're wearing a big mushroom on your head. It's a tiny bit snug around my ears but that's just because I think my head is a little bigger than average. Overall though, the fit is pretty good, it's comfortable and cute!
