I suffer from anxiety and depression and was searching for something that would help without all the side effects that come with a lot of these prescription drugs. I am a pinterest fanatic and came across the concept of cell salts during my "pinterest research." I began using this product first thing in the AM on day 1. I started with the maximum of 5 tablets because I have been feeling quite sluggish. I took the tablets with my meals throughout the day.
Pros:
Increased energy
Decreased brain fog
Decreased hunger
Better sleep
Boosts Immune function
Cons:
I have to take 15 tablets per day (they're tiny) so it's not that bad.
Results trickle in, you do not see an immediate result.
I found that I could see noticeable changes by day 3. My energy was increased. When I wake in the morning I'm not stumbling to the coffee pot. I wake up rested and ready for the day. Brain fog has ceased, I'm not finding myself getting lost in conversation. I'm going to sleep faster, sleeping better and longer at one time. I'm not positive if the extra energy has been what has curved my appetite or if it's this product but I have lost a few pounds.
My results began on day 3 and just keep getting better. It's odvious that my body is being repaired on a cellular level because I can see and feel a huge difference.
The best thing about this remedy for me was that everyone in my house got a nasty virus! Except me!!! So it seems that the immune boost helped me fight it off and that was WONDERFUL!
If your tired of feeling sluggish or you feel like your not productive enough or just feel sorta worn out, I would recommend you give this product a try. It's a great product and I have seen noticable results from it.

While reviewing supplements can be especially difficult, I have to admit I have actually been able to detect a difference while taking Bio28. The first thing that I noticed when the bottle arrived was how small it was. I was then even more surprised when I saw how much smaller the supplements were. I honestly did not know what to do with them so I'm glad they came with constructions. They suggest letting the salts disintegrate in a water bottle or drink, but I think it's a lot better to just quickly chew them up. I did what they suggested the first time and found that the taste of the pills transfers over to the taste of your water quite noticeably. Chewing them gets the bitter taste over with rather quickly as it doesn't last.

Anyways, back to how I'm feeling. My energy is almost always... meh. It's much like a rollercoaster in its either up or down, alternating between days and sometimes even hours. I had a virus similar to mono that destroyed my energy and ability to focus nearly 2 years ago, however, I'm still recovering and will have some pretty terrible days. I've been doing overall much better lately, but I was able to notice another increase in how I felt after I started taking these little guys 3 times a day. I've been taking them for about a week now and I've got to say I'm quite impressed.

Now I'm aware that my sudden increase in energy could very well be me just having a good week. So if I'm still taking these salts and I begin to start going downhill again in a more consistent manner, I'll change my review accordingly. I did receive this item at a discount in exchange for a review, but I could definitely see myself buying them again at full price if they remain consistent since the price is really good anyways.
