A little too small for my head,for I have a rather large sized head. Everytime I've purchased a hat in the past it was the largest you could get, same with my motorcycle helmets, the largest they sell. It fits, but looks like it is a bit small on my head. Looks like it would work much better on a child. For my grandsons both put it on & it looks about right for them & they are 5 years old.Was looking for more of an "Adult" sized hat, like genuine Navy hats are, I know I was in the US Navy.

This was for my elderly father who seems to be focused on hats these days. Wanted something that looked like Navy without spending a lot as he would not know the difference any more. This hat is great

The fabric and construction exceeded my expectations: nice sturdy cotton twill that holds its shape (I was buying it to be part of a Halloween costume & was expecting some cheap-o synthetic flimsy stuff, but it turned out to be quite nice). My husband was pleased with it. The hat we received was missing the laurel leaf appliques pictured on the bill/brim in the item listing, which I reported to the seller. After some brief research, they discovered they had received a whole carton of these from the factory. They offered to do a full refund w/a return (& re-order the right hat later when they got some in stock) or let me keep the originally shipped item w/a partial refund. These were reasonable/fair solutions. I chose the latter, because I just bought an embroidery machine which will make such appliques that I can apply myself.

I was really pleased with this hat. I have alot of hair and hats are difficult. It fit me perfect. It is adjustable. My sister who is small was able to wear hers perfectly too. Purchased for Halloween costumes. The quality is very nice.

Does the job, but very poor craftsmanship. Top patch is way off center, and the stiching on the brim of the hats lip was already falling apart right out of the box. Not recommended.
