Well, dang it... bought this for my son because he likes the AXE bat - but it just isn't in the budget right now. So, got this, I liked the feel of it - watched a youtube video on how to "install" it... no problem. Got it on with a little "elbow grease." My son went outside to use it for some batting practice and it slips - he doesn't like the feel at all. It seems to move when he is batting and of course - getting it off is not a video I tracked down - so I had to cut it off with an exacto knife - so I cannot return it. UGH!

Tried it out, and it works as stated. However after using it I realized that I prefer smooth bat drips. Just personal preference, nothing was wrong with the product though.

Does what its supposed to. It is a little over-priced if you ask me. From now on I'm just gonna make my bat tapers out of tape. A roll of friction tape at the hardware store is around $3 and it adds some tackiness to the bat handle.
