Just got the product the other day and have not used. However, everything I see I like including packaging and apparent quality of the product. I do believe it is manufactured in China but Dalstrong seems very discrete about this disclosure.. Seems they are trying to get a share of the high end knife market based on price and customer responsiveness.........Nothing wrong with that !

These are absolutely wonderful knives. Love the shape of the blade and the fact they are sharp all the way around the rounded tip. I do not place them in the dishwasher (and wouldn't) but they have held up beautifully and look very nice on the table as well.

This is a really nice, moderately processes knife set. Good for the whole family and I'm happy they don't have a sharp point. Very strong steel. I was looking at the straight blade model because they look great but decided on the serrated blade. I bought 2 sets.

We've had these for a while and they are amazing knives. Stop searching and get these! Very good quality. I wish the covers actually clicked in if that makes sense. The covers fall off easy and though that's certainly not something to worry about, that would be my only down side. LOVE these!
