This is a must have for officers, especially during the hot summer months! I bought this for my fiancé, since the after-shift de-vesting process was getting to be met with groans of "where's the Febreeze?". Spoiler alert: no matter how much we sprayed it with Lysol and Febreeze, it still stunk to high heaven. That is, until I came across this amazing product. I wasn't expecting it to work as well as it does, but it's now a staple in our household. It gets rid of all the "funk" and doesn't leave any kind of a noticeable residue. My fiancé likes the midnight scent a lot, but the unscented is just as effective. Arrest My Vest is a Godsend for those that wear ballistic vests! Febreeze would wear off & also irritate my skin when my sweat would mix with the chemical causing unbelievable itching. I tried using talcum powder, disinfectant spray, replacing my vest carrier every day. None of that worked. I would always get the same result. A smelly vest for my next shift. In comes Arrest My Vest & nowvI won't use anything else. When I come back to work my vest smells like the product's scent. Not me. AND it doesn't cause my torso to itch when the vest comes off.

I spray the inside of my vest when I get home and let it hang overnight. By morning it's dry and the funkiness is gone!
