My friend needed these, so I haven't personally used them, but she had an easy time with them. She painted them and wore them to a renaissance fair, and had no problem with anything. They ended up looking really cool in the end. I will mention that I tried putting them on my nails (just placing, not gluing or anything) and the thumb nail was not wide enough to cover my entire natural thumb nail. They fit her fine though and the other sizes were fine for the rest of my fingers, so my thumbs might just be a bit wide.

I love these nails! I'm pretty tough on my hands and I've literally never had one break. They are a great shape, as well. The only time I use acrylic on top of them is when I cut them down. It's a bit harder to cleanly shape them with just the plastic. Also, the case is really nice and sturdy.

I really, really enjoy these nails. They've saved me hundreds (and a lot of pain) from going to the salon. They're a great starting shape and can fashioned into virtually anything your heart desires. With a good glue, they stay on great. If you don't mind readhering just once or twice, the set can last about 2 1/2 weeks, and usually hold up about a week before any chip off at all (and I'm not very gentle with my hands).

I have brought the same brand of nails in the coffin shape and loved them. These nails however were far too long and if you have to trim them I think that negates the purpose of ordering this specific style.
Still 4 stars because it is good quality and I they'll work for some people even though I don't care for them. Beware though, since these are so long, they do break easier because there is no bridge support. So no opening boxes or soda cans lol
