I paid for a Canon print head pf4. This print head I have does not work in my printer. My repair man said the is not recognizing the print head. I was told this is not a genuine canon print head. I would like my money back and I can send this product back.

Already have installed and plotter is printing like new again! Shipping details initially said 30 Days bc coming from Japan but it arrived within the week! Highly recommend. It is OEM canon product
