I would like to give 5 star to this lovely light should the hardware came with it work as designed. The whole product is very nicely designed and packaged. However the installation is truly a pain, all because the metal hanging bracket is about 3/16 inch shorter than US standard, which makes it impossible to screw the hanging bracket into the existing ceiling supply box. I ended up using my old hanging bracket which, unfortunately, does not have the central threads and I could not find a hanging bracket with central threads that matches the threaded pipe in any local hardware store. Anyway, I managed to put it up and I am hoping that it won't fall down! The other thing is that the polarity of wires are marked with a small sticker, which easily came off with a small touch and may cause trouble to wire backwards (in my case it did came off and it happens that I have a multimeter at home). Except these, the seller responses promptly to my questions and the light is truly cute. Should the hanging bracket be comply with US standard supply box, the installation should be a breeze. As a registered Professional Electrical Engineer, I suggest the seller consider to fix the length of the hanging bracket.

Update 7/27/2016: It's been a couple of weeks since I posted the original review. I would like to change the rating to 5 star as the seller made a quick turnaround by contacting me and sending out a new hanging bracket which works perfectly. One of the best shopping experience that I've ever had on Amazon. The seller is honest, open, and a true problem-solver. Thank you so much and would highly recommend.

I purchased the 3 arm in clear ..love it. Just what I was looking for... Because every tack room needs a chandelier.....

I love these chandeliers! I was looking for something to give my French-inspired guest room a little extra something and this did the trick. I bought the 4-arm version which have 4 bulbs. The specs say 40W max, but I found that to be way too bright for my needs. I ended up swapping in 25W chandelier bulbs and that is much better, but I honestly think I might swap in half 15W bulbs soon. It depends what kind of vibe you're going for and how high your ceilings are, but if you want a more romantic vibe I'd recommend 15-25W chandelier bulbs.

The only complaint I have is that the wall plug-in adaptor kit (which they sell separately and technically works fine) has the on/off switch placed really low on the cord. I would have preferred it in another location or in an adjustable location. As is, it is pretty close to the actual plug itself, and is a little awkward IMHO. If you plan to hardwire these chandeliers, don't even hesitate. Just be aware that if you want to plug them into a wall outlet, you might want to check Home Depot or something if you're picky about stuff like switch placements.

Absolutely darling! Turned my closet into a boutique. The 5 arm chandelier provides the perfect amount of light in my 8' x 8' walk-in closet. Installed very easily-no need for an electrician. It's very light and sparkly. Recommend adjusting the length of chain before hanging. Had to remove 4 links with a 9 ft ceiling. But, even that was easy to do.

I cannot even begin to tell you how gorgeous this chandelier is. I'm currently remodeling my bedroom. I hated the ceiling fan. I mean, it was pretty and nice, but I wanted something extraordinary. I took a chance on this......I am beyond thrilled. It's beautiful, feminine, a tad bit gothic, it's perfection. I cannot stop staring at it. It was super easy to put together, as almost all of it is assembled for you. I could go on and on about how great it is, but I have a bedroom to finish decorating. Buy this! Or dont, because if you don't, I'll be the only cool chick with badass bedroom lighting.
