I had this on my night stand...woke up with hamstring cramps....drank 1/2 bottle, and had quick relief for rest of night.

I suffer with a lot of leg cramping and also allow myself to become dehydrated at times...The pickle juice helps within minutes of drinking it. If it is a deep "charley horse" type cramp it may take a little longer for the drink to work. I usually drink at least 4oz and most often the whole bottle at one time. Does not taste bad at all, in fact refrigerated it is very refreshing.

Good stuff. I have a muscle disorder and I take this on hot summer days to help control my muscles. Better than taking more meds. It is loaded with sodium for your information.. So check with your doctor if you have a high sodium problem.
