The ones with ballbearings are (of course) much much better. With a heavy curtain, these don't move very well. The wheels don't even spin when there's weight-- the "rollers" just slide along if you tug hard enough.

The people who complained about not being able to get the product to straighten out were right on. We spent about an hour trying to get this installed in our motorhome and it looks just plain cheap. We are ordering the aluminum tracks knowing they will mount straight-more money but worth it!

Works really great once it's put up! It took me and my college roommate about an hour or so to figure out how to get it to stick to our ceiling without drilling holes (double sided mounting tape works PERFECTLY!). My only regret was not looking at all the pictures and seeing how it came wrapped up. It took us awhile to finally get it to not wrap back up while we weren't holding it. Honestly, I love this!
