I definitely recommend and will continue to oil pull..a bit pricey...but your mouth feels so clean after..used for 14 days..can feel a difference..did not whiten..but overall it feels great..nice daily routine n relaxing..texture gets a little getting use to at first bit then rather easy..did fir full 30 minutes on 2nd day and so on...make sure to spit in trash...
