Very disappointed. They steam is incredibly cheaply made. It is very flimsy and feels like it's going to break. It only extends about 5ft tall so you have to bend over to get to bottom of all shirts, pants and dresses are not even possible (they drag on the floor). The clips are not strong enough to even hold a pair of pants. I would not recommend this steamer at all.

It was perfect in the beginning, but after three months of use, the steamer started to spill hot water randomly, it burned the holes out of me! I will have permanent scars on me! I'm so upset, nearly crashed the steamer, it is truly nothing but a piece of junk or a deadly weapon.

Returned this steamer. Used twice. The first time it seemed to work ok but was wondering why it started making a strange sound.
2nd time using it, from the beginning it started making a weird noise. Steam would not come out except a slight trace but not enough to do anything with. Looked down and water bubbling out of the sides of the tank. Saw another review where someone had the same issue. Turned off immediately, emptied the tank and packed it up to return. Was very disappointed.
