I purchased the 48"x32"x72" shower enclosure. The glass is very nice, but there are a few issues:

- the description says it is reversible, which it is, but either way, you are opening the door the furtherest away from the shower head, so when you turn the water on, you're going to get wet. If you notice, in the pictures, there is not a "true" picture of a shower as there is no shower head. The glass door has to be between the 2 glass panels whether you set it up right or left.
- the product does not offer a shower pan, so if you need one, you have to buy one, which I did, but the 48"x32" shower is actually 48" x 32" and a shower pan is also 48" x 32", which leaves you NO room for installing the shower doors on top of the shower pan, because when you put the tile on the wall (which should fit over the lip of the shower pan), then the glass enclosure ends up being "outside" the shower pan.
- Aston says to contact their Customer Support line, which they have, but don't answer, I called a few times, no answer. Left a message, no return call. Sent an email and it took 2 1/2 days for a "canned" generic response which was: "We are not able to speak to the dimensions or specifically recommend another manufacturer's base, nor can we guarantee that our enclosure will fit one correctly. To that end, if a base is being purchased or custom built to accommodate this enclosure, it is strongly recommended that the enclosure be onsite to ensure correct dimensions are taken. The components that you listed in your email are the correct components for this enclosure. The model which you ordered (Avalux GS 48x32x72) consists of a Glass door panel that measures 26" (GLSD1026), a fixed glass panel that measures 22" (GLSP5022) and a return glass panel that measures 32 3/16" (GLSP6032). To measure for a base (Once the enclosure is onsite): For width, the installer will want to measure from the wall to the end of the glass door and for the return panel the installer will want to measure from the wall to the end of the return glass panel including the seal."

This shower glass wall is beautiful and very well made! We love it!

This frameless shower is a well built quality piece the glass is solid heavy and looks absolutely beautiful when installed I love it though you might want to get someone who is handy to help install it it's got to be very precise installing and you will need at least three people to help install very heavy

This shower glass is such an improvement from my old brass framed shower! It's installed on top of a custom tiled shower pan and my contractors handyman didn't seem to have any issues installing.
