wow. This stuff is great! I put it on some old full quill ostrich boots, and it really made them sparkle. Same thing with a gator tail pair. I'm sure this will be my go-to exotic skin conditioner. Now, I just got it, I'll get back after using it for some months, see if this review still stands.

I bought this because I have a pair of custom made pair chocolate lizard boots that I'd noticed were getting dried out. I applied a generous amount and let sit. Repeated again the next couple of days. Made the leather and the lizard more supple and softer. If I hadn't, I fear I would have had to toss the boots!

The Bickmore Exotic is working extremely well. One pair of cowboy boots is totally softened and supple after 2 applications. It's even working on a gorgeous (but faulty) pair of boots ~ made that way by the parched animal skin. I bought them vintage but they're brand new. And the snake leather is still in need of more after 3 applications, but I think it's doing much better! The fine mist has almost no smell too.

I've been a long time leather lover and have a large boot collection. However I never owned or cared for any exotic leather pieces until I purchased a crocodile leather cuff. For a very expensive high end leather item, I expect it to last a very long time and give me lots of wear. I wasn't exactly sure what products to use on a croc/alligator leather and came across this product. I'm not accustomed to BickMore leather products but took the chance after reading the positive reviews.
The bottle comes with a sturdy spray top which I think is handy, but for my purposes, needed more precision application so I squirted the product onto a dish and applied with my fingers and cotton swabs.
The product itself is very watery and milky, similar to Lexol leather conditioner. It absorbed quickly into the leather and left a bit of a watery residue but that also absorbed into the leather.
True to claims, it absorbed quickly without any sticky residues and without any noticeable darkening or changing of the leathers natural color. I applied 3-4x applications of this all over the front and back of the crocodile hide and it feels much more supple and soft now!
Time will tell how well this protects and prevents cracking and drying of the leather but I'm very satisfied so far!
