This "whipped cream" has been such a tremendous blessing! I thought making cream pies and other delicious treats with whipped cream were out of the question when I could no longer tolerate gluten or dairy in my diet. This product can be used as a substitute in all my favorite recipes. In fact, I made angel food cake and used this as an icing on it and my family and friends who can eat "regular" whip cream actually liked this version better! I will always keep a pouch or two of this on hand. Just a tip: Don't be alarmed by the odd color when you are beating the oil and powder mixture together. It turns bright white when it's ready.
