Insomnia has always been a problem I've had since I was a child, but these really help! I don't take it often (not a big fan of pills) but on especially restless nights when melatonin fails, after a few minutes with this in my system I'm out like a light. I recommend to anyone who suffers from insomnia or morning sickness!!

I have been taking one every night of my pregnancy (currently 27 weeks) and miraculously, they are still effective. I've battled insomnia pretty much my whole life, and I've been prescribed all kinds of real-deal sleeping pills over the years, so I had very little faith that a weeny little over the counter tablet would make any sort of difference for me.
The unison doesn't knock me out the way a prescription pill does, it just "primes" me for sleep, helping me relax enough that I can envision actually nodding off...and then *I ACTUALLY DO*. I imagine that for people who just "go to sleep when tired" this is not a novel concept. But to me, THIS IS WILD AND AMAZING AND VERY UNFAMILIAR.

This was recommended by my OB as a sleep aid while pregnant. Thank God! I was barely able to sleep an hour or 2 a night and now I'm getting my 8 hours! I was also told by my OB that half a tab will help with morning sickness....haven't tried this yet but I'll keep it in mind!
Good product, works great, but watch out if you have asthma.and it can spike your blood pressure 50%.

This is a powerful anti-histamine. I suffer extensive congestion while sleeping, and this build up did not happen when I tried this product. So I was able to sleep mostly through out the night. However, I had to use my asthma rescue inhaler shortly after taking this Unisom tablet, and due to that I have not used the product again, but I still did not discard the Unisom tablets. I was able to break the cycle of nightly use of Zolpidem when I used the Unisom. I may take another Unisom tablet before too long, but I will have my rescue inhaler handy. I had to stop taking this sleep aid because it caused my blood pressure to spike 50%.
