The suction cup that comes with this unit sucks... or... it doesn't suck, and that's a problem. We have our bottles of washes and cleansers organized to keep the caddy mostly balanced. My wife uses a Venus razor (pretty popular), and it does not fit in the razor holder. We keep knocking it to the ground, and that is annoying. Our body wash has a pump top, and we decided to try it in this caddy. It works, but it's awkward as hell to use. I would not recommend this unit for pump bottles.

Im short (5' even) i tied zip tie around pipe out of wall..not too tight bc Another zip tie has to fit. Another zip tie through that..then tighten first one. I did that until it was low enough for me. Then hang hook on zip tie. Easy peasy
My previous caddy would drip on to shampoo bottle, down to soap. My soaps were disintegrating faster. With this it drips in the middle but now with the space I do not have that problem. Another plus I use different soap than hubby, having 2 soap dishes..AMAZING. love love love

So far, the functionality of this is nice, however, it arrived with the c-hook hanger part bent completely in the packaging. I didn't want to fuss with shipping back for a replacement because I needed a solution in my shower stall, so I bent it back, causing paint flakes to fall off. Won't be surprised when it rusts at that paintless area. Needs to come with the suction cup piece for the bottom like is available to buy separately - especially if touting that it can hold as much weight as it says - if you add multiple liter bottles, the c-hook can still slip down the shower head neck - depending on the angle of that, because the clamp on the neck is good but not perfect.

This is a great caddy that offers plenty of storage for all of our shower supplies -- my shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, and soap and my husband's shampoo, shower gel, and mesh pouf/sponge. I would give it 4.5 stars; I wish it came with one more suction cup for added stability, and I wish the little hooks for the razor holder were closer together -- my razor head isn't quite wide enough, so the razor falls down when the caddy gets jostled. But overall, it looks great and is well designed.

This is perfect, I was scared because I read some of the "it's wobbly and doesn't stay in place reviews". But they must have updated the suction cup and it comes with a little metal/rubber stay that pinches at the top keeping it from sliding down the shower head rod. My razor fits in the little things at the bottom too so it doesn't get all gross. I can fit small and large bottles in it and the soap dish keeps my soap from getting soggy.
