As described - a basic cover just what I wanted - i have Disc 32/30 700cc Tires and they fit tight. These are inexpensive cover for infrequent use which is perfect for me. It would be nice is somebody offered a wheel cover that included special protection for the DISC but nobody does. Also a small pocket for the axle would be nice - some vendors offer but not at this price point,

My husband bought this for his new bike and loves it. The only complaint was that it was hard to located the zippers because its so big and dark. So he tied a ribbon to the end of the zippers to find them easier. Otherwise he said it was "perfect".
