Didn’t work in my HP printer

While the company was responsive and offered me a free cartridge to try again, this didn't work at all in my printer. My HP printer just told me it was incompatible. Not being willing to risk breaking my printer, I succumbed to the more expensive HP cartridge. I wish I could have gone cheaper, but oh well.

Ink was great first time around and the call was great. But problems second time around and the disconnect in communication...
I initially ordered these on 10/2/2017 and they all worked fine. Reordered on 2/12/2018 and the printer wouldn't accept them. The inconsistency caused me not to reorder. I did, however, receive a call toward the end of April "˜18 to ensure I was satisfied with the product. First time ever I've received a follow up call, so that was impressive. But... not sure why it came so late or regarding a product I had to return.

Every time that my printer needs ink, it wants to auto-buy HP brand ink. I finally decided to try an off brand. I am very happy with this purchase. The printer accepted them and it is working great. These cost about a third of what I usually spend. My only complaint is that I wish I had bought them the last time that I ran low on ink.
