Holes were the correct diameter and the fit was perfect.

This part has far more flexibility and "give" than the OEM version which is stiff and somewhat brittle. That feature alone makes the installation and manipulation far easier when you need to remove it to access the air box or the throttle body. Holes were the correct diameter and the fit was perfect.
