This is a nice cap. It runs a bit large. It is moderately warm. Not too good for frigid windy days since it does not have ear flaps. But this is a good go-to cap for most days. The style is a little bit "floppy" and loose versus stiff and well-shaped. I like the inside flannel liner. It's comfy.

Second epoch hat I've purchased. It's ridiculous how nice they are. I've purchased everything from the cheapies on sale, mid priced to high priced stetsons, I even have a $300 Borsalino in my collection. I can say this hat for the money matches up really well. The wool is nice, soft and without bad stitching. The liner is nifty. The fit is exquisite.

I like the hat, it came in a big plastic envelope and was wrapped inside as well. This medium fits my 7 1/4 skull well enough with a full head of hair. The hat is nice and new as one would expect. A cool or cold weather hat and the green is very nice. A dark green hat with a little bit of a quilted top. The appearance of being like a pancake as complained by other reviewers is just kind of fussy. Its a nice hat, feels good, the details are nice too. The price is right, I like the color a lot.

My husband told me he wanted a "go to hell" hat, ( :-D) and it would be nice to have when he has to stand outside at church in the cold. It came at the best time-we had a cold snap and temps were below zero and he said he was impressed at how warm it kept his head. I measured his head and it didn't seem right so I guessed at a medium and it fits perfect. The fabric is nice and it has a warm lining. He is very happy with it. He was impressed I found such a nice hat for the price, he thought it would be really expensive.

This cap fit well and has a snap to allow the wearer to cover almost the entire scalp, great for blustery days. I now notice many people staring at me cause its not your usual cap (baseball,etc)- its just different, I think. I have an average head size and fits great, stays on when I am riding my bike (although some windy days I open the snap and pull the back all the way down) and doesn't blow off. The large brim is an excellent sun visor.
