i could not find non- oyster oyster sauce in any supermarket asian aisle
even though they have a huge variety of other bottled items. i was pleased
to be able to obtain it on the internet. this brand was well- recommended.
i look forward to trying it.

I use it in place of regular oyster sauce. It has a mild flavor without the fishy flavor.

So delicious and no animals killed to make it!
Not 100% the same as oyster sauce but a very nice alternative.

Very nice alternative to oyster sauce. Not quite exactly the same flavor, but works very well in stir-frys. Just tried it tonight and I am not disappointing.
Good stuff!!!

I'm a believer! I saw this sauce on Simply Ming. Had doubts about it, and it costs quite a bit more than my go to brand which is Maekrua. I was wrong. This is great stuff, and while my Nr. 1 Oyster sauce will always be Maekrua, this will be great substitute if I can't find my fave. Lee kum kee and other Americanized brands r way too salty, I don't like them at all, so, thanks Ming for showing us a good new brand. When I can find WJS dumpling sauce on here with Prime shipping, I will try that as well.
