I love this assortment. They look just as good as more expensive ones. I especially like that the lens caps screw off so can interchange the lenses with any measuring 50mm. There are two lenses stacked in each eye- one clear and one tinted. The clear is glass and the tinted is plastic. I think anyone would be happy with these!

For the price, these are great -- in fact, better than expected, because each set comes with two lenses, one clear and one tinted, and the lens mounts unscrew so you can swap them. We decided to paint white around the outside of our dark lenses and make big google eye goggles for our kids costumes, they could still see out the front and the effect was great. Also painted one set of goggles bright green and the paint applied and held just fine -- nice inexpensive costume upgrade.

These are awesome. You can remove the lens and leave the clear or the dark one there. If you have those neon glow tubes in your hair and they are blinding you, you can pull the goggles down with the dark lens. They also look really cool. I would recommend putting a bandana under them though. They can be a little uncomfortable on your forehead.
