Broke After First Heavy Swat Session

I bought these fly swatters when we moved into our new home. They were cheap, on prime so we decided to give them a shot. Wish I could take that back.
As always, prime delivery was on point in two days. First of all, upon initial inspection the metal wire bends quite easily, in fact they bend while swatting before hitting the fly. It's quite annoying.
I tolerated them for a few months before I had a really good swat session today. It has failed the 15 fly swat fest. The mesh has torn in multiple places and even chipped. As mentioned above the metal bended constantly and it even pulled out from the handle piece.
Spend a little extra money and get a better quality, higher reviewed swatter. I ignored the reviews and wished I didn't.

I am blown away by the poor quality of these fly swatters. They are completely un-usable. I don't understand why anyone would produce something like this: it is utterly useless. Upon receiving them, I first noticed a web of hot glue strands where the handle attaches to the wire. After further inspection, I determined that the hot glue wasn't even working and handle was not bonded to the wire. Next, my daughter pointed out that the plastic swatting face already had a crack starting to form, and we hadn't even used it yet! When my wife tried to use it, the metal piece bent permanently just from the force of normal use. Why anyone would produce such garbage is beyond me.
Much better off buying one at the dollar store

Well, when I opened the box the handle on one was off. The wire part is a soft flimsy metal. So it bends, and stays bent. Much better off buying one at the dollar store!

Unfortunately, these are not even usable. The "wire handle" is the selling point...with the assumption that it is strong enough to even be able to swing at a fly. However, the wire handle is SO flimsy that you literally cannot even swing towards a fly, or any object. Even a moderate swing motion bends the flimsy wire handle, such that you get no force of swing at all. It's almost as if you're swinging a handful of 10 pieces of printer paper. Not even close to firm enough to swat a fly. I would recommend a different product.
Have to bend the rod back into shape once every few swings. Not durable rod. But works nonetheless

I killed many, many flies with this. Like 30 in one day. The only problem is you have to rebend the rod back into shape after a few swings, or even one swing if you swing too hard. It's not the most durable. But also, they actually work. So good luck trying to kill a fly with a towel or your hands. Probably won't happen, ever. But with this, it's like a fly killing machine.
