Cheap solution to lost end cap.

Bought these to replace lost factory grip end on 1999 Shadow Spirit. The largest retainer was too small for left grip, but wraping with electrical tape made a snug fit. Right grip had a plastic insert making smallest insert too small. Easily drilled out to fit. Overall pleased with look.

I can't figure out how to install these! Do they work in regular, un-threaded handlebars or do they require handlebars made for bar-ends?

Very nice end caps. Easy to install. Uses rubber tubes that expand rather than alluminum so may not appear as heavy duty or as secure as end caps that use expanding aluminum inserts. I'm not sure how easy it will be to remove after being in place for a while. It looks very nice but I'm not sure how it will stand up after a few spills. Overall a nice product and at the price point I don't mind buying it again if gets beat up after a few spills
