Perfect gift for the wife!!!!

I was trying to think of a great gift for my wife. Then I drove by some advertisement for some getaway nearby and it showed women drinking hot cocoa by a fireplace in their fancy pantsy winter socks. THE SOCKS!!!!!
So I jumped on Amazon and found these socks which looked just like the ones I saw. Ordered them, and when I got them I packaged them in a long large box as to confuse her what was inside. When she opened it up and saw all the socks, she was HAPPY!!! I knew I'd be in good standing for a long time!
She wears them very frequently and has nothing bad to say. Happy wife, happy life. The End.

These are beautiful, high quality socks and a great value for the price.
I purchased these to brighten my days and keep my feet warm after an accident that left me with a severely broken ankle and lots and lots of swelling. The socks are very stretchy, but fit, and I was able to get them on over my swollen foot and ankle. When I took them off, they immediately returned to their original shape, so I know they will still be great when my injury is fully healed.
The designs warm my hearts, and in this frigid winter, the socks definitely work to keep my feet warm too!

Really like these socks! GREAT FABRIC BLEND: they are substantial, soft, and comfy, but aren't too thick or heavy. (BTW I ordered a different brand of patterned socks along with these last year, and those feel more synthetic-y, tighter, and thinner, in contrast to these nice, soft cotton-and-wool ones, so I'm ordering two more boxes of these.) VERY CUTE AND APPEALING: I like the fun, pretty look of these a lot and was tickled that a bunch of much younger gals in a dance class I wore them to kept saying how much they liked them. GREAT FIT: I wear a 7.5 or 8 shoe, and these fit perfectly. HAVE LASTED WELL: I wore and washed them a lot all last winter (they became my go-to socks, which is why I'm buying more), and the fabric, colors, texture, etc. are still like new.

Before I address my main issue I'll say the pros. These socks are very cute. Pleasantly soft and thick while still able to breathe. They fit well when you first put them on and they wash well, too. The downside to these is that after a few hours they tend to stretch out a little and slip, but they snap back after washing, so it's not too bad.
BEWARE: the shipping time is very, very slow. I ordered these at the beginning of January and they took almost 6 weeks to reach me. They didn't even ship for almost 3 weeks and stayed in shipping limbo for ages.
The socks I'd rate a 3.5
This seller is what brought the rating down.
*EDIT* I gave an extra star by I still wear these socks over a year later. They still stretch and twist, but I've found out they fit PERFECTLY over a thinner pair of socks and don't slip anymore. I just use them for extra frozen toes now.
