This stuff is pretty darn great. I was expecting it to be NOTHING like actual soy sauce, but it has enough salty/savory flavor that it makes a great substitute. MUCH lower sodium and is a big help during my clean-eating phases. The straight Aminos is kinda like a very light ponzu sauce. The teriyaki is tasty, but a little bit higher in sodium. The garlic sauce is also good. They give me some variety and versatility. Great stuff.

Doing Paleo and can't have soy. I have only opened the plain one. It's more watery than soy, but once you taste it a couple of times, it's a good substitute. I like it on fish, chicken. If you do rice/barley, would be good. I recommend.

The only reason I gave 4 stars to this product is because it took to much time to arrive but talking about quality is the best ...... I will buy them again (The only one I didn't like so much was the garlic one, but is a personal opinion)
