When I received the pants they were missing a button above the zipper and they also had a small rip in the left-hand side of the leg. Going Bernie the sizing chart I ordered a large and they were just too big for me.

At the end of the day they fit with the Velcro belt but bunched up a lot...I expected a smaller waist with a mans small then what I got. All and all a decent snow pant at a good price.
