Very comfortable and easy to use, it just wasn't the product for me. I did not see the results I was hoping for. CSR Sarah reached out to me after my order was created to walk me through using the product. She checked in after my masks had been delivered to ensure the packaging came without damage - it came in perfect condition! She stayed in touch with me throughout my entire experience and was very helpful when I stated the product did not meet my expectations. I was issued a refund in a timely manner and was told not to worry about returning the rest of the masks (I had about half a box left as I'd tried a week to see if results would improve for me). Unfortunately I did not have the same great results many have experienced but it was not entirely wasted thanks to Sarah. Will consider this brand for other products just because of the excellent customer service!
