The length is sufficient, there is enough room for my butt, they look nice and are not transparent, and the fabric is breathable. It's difficult to find longer slim fit pants that fit in the thighs, and these are comfortable without being baggy.

I really wish the 33 waist was still available. I usually wear a 32, and at the waist, these fit me fine. They are oddly tight around the hips though, with no extra fabric for the tailor to let out. Unfortunately, this made them uncomfortable to move around and bend over in. It's too bad, because otherwise these are really nice pants, and I would definitely have just swapped them for 33s and had the waist taken in. As far as the linen goes, it has a subtly slubby texture, and drapes really nicely, unlike some cheaper versions. The slate color is nice and understated. These could easily be dressed up or down without any trouble at all.
