We got this carrier for our 14-lb, 13-year-old, blind Chihuahua because he was constantly under foot, pretty much begging to be held. He loves it. It's a mildly snug fit but he doesn't seem to mind. It lets my husband and I free up our hands to do laundry, vacuum, etc. It's sturdily made of cotton jersey material and is sewn well. If your dog is 15 pounds or under, this would perfect for you.

If only it was adjustable, I would have given it five stars. Remedy was to pull out my sewing machine and take off about four inches of the shoulder strap. Overall, very nicely made and works well for the purpose intended. it does have a tendency to catch a lot of static electricity and dog hair.

This sling enabled me to take my 14 year old mini dachshund on walks with my boxer. He couldn't keep up before and I had to leave him home. He loves being right next to me and I can pet him while we are enjoying our walk. The only negative is that in order to look out he sometimes chokes himself on the sides because of his short legs. I think it might work better with dogs with longer legs. However I love it and at least he can go with us again. It's also very comfortable on my shoulder!

This sling is absolutely perfect for carrying my dog. My dog weighs 11.5 lbs and she not only fits perfectly but she really loves being in it.
