Pops right on and reduced fatigue. Only thing bad is you do loose some suction. But got the price you can't beat it. It is also the only glide I going to got my gekko wand.

Does reduce suction a bit so only 4 stars, however I use this on a ground Quartz stone carpet floor and this is the only thing that protects the floor from the wand edge. The surface is very rough and porous and the metal edge of the wand was wearing and tearing the surface of the stones. This peice allows it to slide very easily with zero damage.
