Better than nothing not as good as a bandana

It make the hat feel a bit more solid, like if the wind is blowing it will feel firmer and is less likely to come off. As for the sweat absorption it kinda works, definitely better than without, but not as good as a welding cap or bandana.
Very useful, but not sticky enough.

If you sweat in your cowboy hat, this is almost a necessary item. If the hatband isn't absorbent then the sweat drips straight down to your eyes. If the hatband is absorbent, you can stain the hat, rot the headband, or just end up with one that's icky (OK, not a common cowboy term, but it is descriptive). These liners are slim, so they don't really affect the hat size. However, as others have noted, the adhesive isn't strong, so the liners tend to fall out.
It's worth the price for the added comfort.

Great if you need to snug your hat up just a touch. I find that it allows me to not have to grab my hat in a breezy environment as much and makes longer wear more comfortable.

These go in easy and boy do they work! I sweat a lot and it's especially helpful on my rigid dress hat. My work hat already has a sweatband, and I use these to cut down on cleaning. But the dress hat has the plasticy non-absorbant band. These things stick right in and absorb like crazy. I've had it in for a while now and no sign of needing to change out so far. I sweat a lot here in Florida, even in winter. So yea, I highly recommend.

I purchased these No Sweats for two reason, reason one was for sizing and two for sweating. While the thickness works well for comfortable sizing the temperature and humidity hasn't risen to the point of sweating (Georgia) but so far very pleased. One more point, the adhesive seems to work very well although I haven tried to remove them yet.
