The neck is well made, straight and true, and well finished. Be sure to drill appropriate sized pilot holes, and I would suggest dampening the wood slightly at the drill points- I simply put a few drops of water in each pilot hole and let it sit for a half hour- I have found that this helps resist splitting.

I put this on an Epiphone les paul. I had wittle the body out a little but it came together nice. I occasionally build guitars and im not sure how they can sell these so cheap. No fret buzzing so a leveling wasn't necessary. Very pleased with this neck.

Product is good with a little fine work to make it very good. Got two and they're consistent in quality. Well worthwhile for an inexpensive, but pretty good project. Fretboard is level and truss rod worked both ways. Frets needed a little finishing if you care about that stuff.
Customer service is excellent in this exchange. Got two because the first one had a shipping or something scratch on the headstock. Would have been good to go otherwise. The replacement came even quicker than the first. 3 weeks over the holidays.
