It doesn't do much. I'm about to cut it and dump the charcoal in my shoes to see if it helps. I feel like the green part is what stopping it from doing it's job. It's way too thick. It helps if you let it sit FOR A FEW DAYS. I put it in daily in my work shoes and I wear them everyday. It really doesn't do much but I'll update if anything.

A tip for this handy little product that will make it work GREAT instead of just good.
Place it inside of the shoe....and turn a fan on the shoes so that the airflow is blowing into the shoes. Leave the fan on overnight. It will completely wipe out any moisture and odor in the shoes.

They are okay - I thought they would have been slightly larger to cover the entire shoe(s). The absorption works alright, but after a bit, I find I have to leave them out because I can't keep switching shoes using the same deodorizer.
