It was simple, yet sturdy. However, it was a little too small for my ipad pro--12.9 inch. I would even say it could be a little too small for the 11 inch ipads as well.
The stand itself is not too heavy, angles are easily adjustable, and it is a pretty good value for the price--for smaller tablets. I would say it would be the most fit for ipad minis and bigger phones, and tablets under 11 inches.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for aluminum tablet stand to be compact, yet hold my Tab S9 Ultra (12.9", largest tablet on the market today, slightly larger than the iPad Pro). I originally wanted a magnetic stand, but those are not only pricey ($60-100) but most have a cutout for the spen (I don't want a "tablet-specific" cutouts) and I can't find any definitive info on whether the magnets would be strong enough to hold a tablet that has a silicone case on it... and I'm definitely not going to take the tablet in and out of a case every time I'm going to attach it to a magnetic stand! So, I gave up on that search and just decided to get a matching aluminum case that was large enough to hold the S9 Ultra. Well, I narrowed it down to 2 nearly identical stands... the Tomoton T1 and the Lamicall. Check out my video which compares the two. Tomoton T1 is the clear winner. If you know of a better tablet stand, let me know!
