I am comparing this with a Dexter turner of the same size. This Sabatier is very heavy and has very little flex. Rounded corners are a little too round to effectively scrape Cast iron skillet sides. Otherwise, it is well made and durable and can be best used as a cutter/server spatula for casseroles, lasagna, etc. For cast iron skillet use, stick with Dexter.
