Can use in my Instant Pot

These bowls are just the right size for many recipes using the instant pot such as poached eggs or lava cake! Also will use for ice cream, especially when serving company. (And of course, they are small attractive bowls)

I bought these ramekins twice; first was for myself when I wanted to try out a lemon pudding cake I saw on the Food Network. I took them with me at a family event later and one of them who is a big baker mentioned how he's been wanting to buy some as well. So I ended up getting them for him as his Christmas gift and he absolutely LOVED them! They are small-1/2 cup each so make sure that's the size you want. They were perfect for me because I am trying to be healthy and lower my sugar intake, so these 1/2 cups were the perfect 1 person serving size. I'll add some pics I took when I make the cakes so you guys can see them. These are the first ramekins I've ever had so I don't have much to compare with - but I haven't noticed anything wrong with them.
They are very well made-have that slight weight to them that tells you they won't break easily, but still light enough that it's not too heavy (if that makes sense). The design is simple -with the lines/ridges on side. I wanted something simple and classic to go with my other dishes. I've seen some in different colors as well, but I wanted the white ones to match the dishes and also so I wouldn't have to worry about the colors becoming dull/chipping off, etc. All in all-I love them; they did the job wonderfully and highly recommend them!

I purchased these specifically to use to serve melted butter in for things like asparagus, crab, lobster etc.
Today I put one with butter that was left out overnight (room temperature) and set the microwave oven to high for 15 seconds. At 12 seconds the ramekin broke in half.
I suppose now it's just a matter of time till the others do the same.
I will not be buying these again, I'll look elsewhere for other brands

These are so lovely! I bought them just to try making custard at home, but they are so useful. I had been wanting some small serving bowls for desserts and maybe soups or what have you. When I use them, I know I am eating a 4 oz serving, and it makes calculating calories and macros that much easier. They also remind me of my childhood and make me happy--my mom used to have some 6 oz ramekins that I always ate ice cream out of. I never really knew they had baking purposes, haha :)

Faulty Batch of Ramekins

Well I definitely got a bad batch of these highly rated ramekins. I was excited when I received them, and decided to make flan the same night. I put 4 of the 6 ramekins into the microwave to make some caramel sauce and within 1 minute of being in the microwave all 4 ramekins exploded with a loud bang, leaving a HOT-mess in the microwave. The box and description fully state that this product is microwave and oven proof up to 400 degrees, but the batch that I got were definitely lemons. I will give this a 1 star rating for a bad batch of ramekins. Let see how the company handles this situation...
