Santa just brought these for my 8 year old son for Christmas and they are fantastic- very good quality. They are well made, the adjustment mechanism is very easy & they roll extremely well. He has never skated at all and he was rolling with ease by the 2nd time. There's a huge contrast to my daughter's roller skates which are from Roller Derby. Hers felt like good quality but the wheels are terrible and scarcely roll. Very frustrating for her as her brother flies by her in his Bladerunners. Anyhow- more details in that review. Bottom line, these were a great purchase and I think I'll buy the girl's version for my daughter.
