I did notice improvement with my energy levels after taking this. I strongly recommend taking it with a full stomach to avoid upset. Most vitamins are fine for me but this did cause issues on an empty stomach. There is also a strong odor that reminds me of the old time flintstone chewable. Not a really big deal, but it is noticeable. One star reduction for the smell.
