As others have noted, the size is very important to check. I'm not certain how others are using these to install low voltage lights since the contacts will not fit on the standard sized wire used to carry voltage around the yard. I'm the dummy, should have read more, but make certain these will fit the wire size that you need.

Super simple to use. I repaired a broken wire on my 3D printer in a matter of seconds. The wire generates a large amount of heat and over time standard solder connections were breaking down. This is a permanent solution that can be done in less than half the time. Only tool I needed was a pair of wire cutters to cut out the bad section of wire.
