The leather wrist pad doesn't work

Don't buy the leather slim wrist pad. It's quite slippery and won't stay still on table. The pad is hard and somehow cannot even stay flat on table. Maybe because of this, it doesn't even look good on the table. The usual nylon non-skid base wrist rest is much more functional.

Very nice. The only things I would change are: I wish it had a bit more traction on the back (desk side) so that it wouldn't slide around, and I wish it were a bit narrower (3.5" or even 3", rather than 4"). But the feel under my skin is good and it's pretty much exactly what I was looking for to go with my slim keyboard.
