import issues???

Was seized at customs, had no idea that might happen (I should have researched more thoroughly). I know I've had suet puddings before, one set of parents baked with Atora all the time. No idea where they managed to find it though, and now no way to ask. If you're in the US, save yourself the heartbreak.
This is Suet

This is a product that I will order again, but not during the heat of the summer for reasons that should be obvious
Plum pudding again, thank goodness

For several years could not find food grade suet for an old Irish recipe for plum pudding. My sister suggested Amazon and there it was! I used it (already grated-thank you) and made most delicious plum pudding. So very happy and grateful!
Works great for Spotted Dick!

I also want to try the dumpling recipe too. My neighbor was impressed I could find it as we live in the US. I would suggest buying this in the fall/winter months as It will melt. It's supposed to be in pellets like rice, so if you get a clump, it will be hard to measure out.
A cold weather necessity

Suet is not available from nearby markets except at Christmas. So what to do if you want a hot steamed pudding with custard during the cold months? Get Atora! I have used it for puddings for more than 40 years. It keeps well in the fridge even after you open a packet, so you can make several small puddings for your family to enjoy a freshly prepared sweet each time.
