I've been playing Jaw Harps for years, and have purchased many on Amazon - and I can easily say this is simply The Best version of this instrument in terms of tone and volume. It produces a very loud and very unique buzzing tone that is a joy to play. I regret not purchasing the carrying case and would do so if I were to purchase again - mostly because I really don't want to damage my new favorite instrument! I highly recommend this product.

I have been playing Austrian harps for years and though they are terrible children's toys as some describe them, I use them heavily, believe it or not, for children. Eventually, because they are cheap, I decided to research the Wave Russian Jew's Harp and learn more about why so many musicians have been talking about them. What I've learned is that a lot of care went into making this harp. The whole package, harp and case, are well made and the shipping was fast. For such a little instrument, I have to say that each time I play it, I am amazed at how incredibly beautiful is sounds. Plus, it truly is professional over the Austrian model. If you're serious about playing a jew's harp, then spend the money and get yourself a very well made instrument. I am already convinced that I am ready for more Glazyrin Harps!

The sound is amazing for the price and has a drone-like quality to it. It is very relaxing to play. Yes, if you pull the trigger incorrectly, it will "ding" against the frame, but this is not an issue with practice. The wood case is very nice as well.

quality product with a great sound. Easy to get good tone. Follow what the maker states: Hold it lightly and don's squeeze with a death grip. It's not necessary with this quality instrument. I like the case too.
