Durable I've had it for a few years still intact lots of pockets and room for laptop, binders school stuff work stuff, shoot, works as a diaper bag to.

The bag is described as large. I would say it's a medium size bag at best. That is the ONLY issue. The bag is very sturdy and light weight. Everything you could want in a bag.

I've always liked messenger bags over your standard backpack. I've owned 2 of these sweetbriars, the original was finally showing some wear and tear after almost 2 years off daily use. And I mean daily. I walk to work every day with this bag, I carry home groceries with it, it's been on several extended hikes and camping trips. The canvas is durable but not too thick or cumbersome. It doesn't have an interior liner which is a big plus for me, as the in side space isn't all taken up by a liner or little pockets. You can fit alot in this bag if you're willing to play tetris.
Some minor issues: the water bottle pockets on the side are a bit small. Plenty big enough for an aquafina bottle but pretty snug if you have anything bigger. Also the metal rings that connect the strap to the bag, even tho they are rectangular, can rotate and pinch the canvas when hauling some substantial weight. This has caused some tearing on my original bag. But as I said earlier, Ive carried 15 to 20 lbs in it fairly regularly.
Alot of people have asked if this would be good for laptops or tablets, and while there is certainly space for them, the bag has no support at all. It's literally just a canvas bag. It would be like carrying your computer in a tote bag from a grocery store, so I wouldnt really reccomend that.

Rothco is a great product that has never let me down. They don't last long but then again I use and wear their products regularly so it's going to breakdown. Worthwhile purchase. I recommend

Nice bag. But it would be improved by a slightly heavier fabric and a bit stiffer to hold the form better.
