This stress ball is perfect for home therapy. I used it to limber up my hand and fingers after a complicated injury to my right wrist. The ball is pliable enough to exercise comfortably with and I don't experience the quick fatigue or after exercise soreness I have experienced with firmer, less pliable balls. I continue to use it for post traumatic arthritis and stiffness as well as strengthening my grip. The two pack order is great. I keep one at home and one at the office.
The E-exercise booklet was informative and I appreciated being able to review the exercises prior to the arrival of this product. Follow up from the company has been exceptional. I would recommend this product to others without reservation.

Great squeeze ball to use a few times a day to strengthen my fingers and hand and keep the blood flowing. I also bought the Shaplo one, and they seem the same to me. Doing moderate weight wrist curls with a dumbbell and moderate tension on the Ivanko Super Gripper also helps.
