Fit good, however I added an additional foot bed for more cushioning. The rubber bottom smells like a petroleum chemical which wears off after a few wearings. Would consider more colors in the future.

You do need to get inserts because the shoes are very flat and if you need any arch supports get inserts. They have it more comfortable to wear them.
