I work as a package handler for a major shipping company, and this belt has saved my back. It gives me the mobility I need to jump and negotiate tight spaces while providing the perfect amount of support required to lift sometimes over 100 pounds overhead all shift long. Good belt for the price but the sizing was a tough off. I measured just above my hip bones like the sizing chart said but I guess you should suck when you measure cause it told me to buy the XXL. The XXL bottoms out before I can really get it snug.
So I would suggest measuring your waist size you intend to squat with, not the resting waist size.

Love it!!! Keeps my back nice and tight! No more pain while lifting. I have herniated disc in my back which prevented me from lifting this is a life savor. Worth every penny. My waist is a 30-32 depending on the day lol but I ordered the large just to have extra room and it's perfect. Might order the small/med too and see but so far so good. I love Meister brand for my kickboxing classes. So once I saw they had belts I knew it would be amazing quality !
