I contacted the seller to get the measurements and this was their reply:

XXS : Waist: 2' / 26.7 inch ( fit for 44-47 kg )
XS : Waist: 2'1 / 28.3 inch ( fit for 48-53 kg )
S : Waist: 2'2 / 29.9 inch ( fit for 54-58 kg )
M : Waist: 2'3 / 31.5 inch ( fit for 59-62 kg )
L : Waist: 2'4 / 33.1 inch ( fit for 63-66 kg )

I'm 5'5", 150lb with a 28.5 inch waist so I ordered size S. I should have measured a few inches below the waist, and I recommend that for curvy ladies, because the cut of the slip underneath is relatively straight so it's quite tight around the hips. It is VERY short as the picture shows, especially in back; fine with me as I plan to wear it with opaque tights.

I got the gray skirt with the slip and fur belt thing. I love that there's a slip underneath with suede-ish trim at the bottom, but the slip doesn't have pleats so it's not flouncy. I like the material feel of the skirt itself; the fabric is soft (not super thick/stiff like pure wool). The included belt is cute but cheap looking with the plastic jewels. Overall, happy I took a risk on this purchase, but I'll have to lose an inch or so around the hips before it sits right on me.

I bought a second one already because I love it so much that I wear it so frequently that it worn out lol.

The skirt itself is cute. It has thick, soft, and warm fabric. The length is good, and the fit is right (for reference: height=5', waist=26", hip=39"). There is no stretch in the fabric, so as many said, order a size up for room and length. It's not a big deal, but the lace lining is weird--it's like felt with holes punched through--it's not actual lace.

However, the accessory belt is poorly made with twists and creases I can't straighten out, and the pompom is made of REAL animal skin (appears to be rabbit hair). Nowhere in the materials section does it list genuine fur. I thought it was Faux fur...not happy about this.

It runs a bit small so we had to return it but it was a great quality skirt!

I am 4'9, 128 pounds. My waist measures 28 inches and my hips 36 inches. I went ahead and got the Medium ( a size up according to my measurements) using the "regular size" chart. I was hoping that by getting a medium instead of a small, it would sit a few inches lower than my belly button. It DOES fit, however the top part only fits around my waist and doesnt ride as low as I'd have liked. I would definitely recommend going up a size or two depending on your own measurements, especially if you'd prefer it to sit lower than your belly button. It also does not stretch at all. Thankfully I plan on losing about 10 more pounds which will allow me to pull the skirt down a bit more. As for length, it's perfect on me, even if I were to pull it down a few inches later on when I'm able to. The bottom of the skirt comes down to about the middle of my thigh but keep in mind I'm only 4'9" tall. If I DO bend over too far you can definitely see my underwear, but once I'm able to hike it down a bit it shouldn't be an issue.
I also just barely have an ass. If you have a booty or if you're really tall (or both) then it's going to be MUCH shorter on you.
Besides the fit being a little inaccurate, the quality is awesome. Good material, looks exactly like the picture. I got the red plaid pleat with the black lace peeking from the bottom. No weird smell like others have described, and it arrived on the exact day estimated. (I do have prime so that might have been why.)
Absolutely love it, will definitely be ordering more in the future in different colors.
